Overview

Location: Loughborough (Must live in or around the specific Geographic location)

Accountable to: Area Director of Partnerships

What is on offer to you?

• £50000 to £65000 per year total on-target earnings.
• £25000 to £27500 basic salary per year, dependent on experience.

Main purpose of the role

The Spicerhaart group is the UK's leading independent estate agency. This role provides a proprietary model that allows you to build 'your career - your way'. You will create and manage a local customer base, providing end to end service from valuation to completion of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through marketing, networking and personal relationships.
• Provide personalised estate agency services to clients, handling valuations, viewings, negotiations and completion.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Utilise company technology, marketing tools and partnership support to grow your business.

Qualifications and requirements

• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
• Proof of right to work (passport or birth certificate).
• Proof of address.
• National Insurance details.
