What is on offer to you?
- £50000 to £65000 per year total on-target earnings.
- £25000 to £27500 basic salary per year, dependent on experience.

The Spicerhaart group is the UK's leading independent estate agency. This role provides a proprietary model that allows you to build 'your career - your way'. You will create and manage a local customer base, providing end to end service from valuation to completion of sale.
Key responsibilities- Generate new business through marketing, networking and personal relationships.
- Provide personalised estate agency services to clients, handling valuations, viewings, negotiations and completion.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Utilise company technology, marketing tools and partnership support to grow your business.
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
- Proof of right to work (passport or birth certificate).
- Proof of address.
- National Insurance details.
