ERP Developer

* A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience. Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to DX, that is, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post.
* Proven experience developing, customizing, and supporting solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
* Proficiency in the MS Power Platform (with particular emphasis on Copilot Studio), X and C# for Dynamics 365 F&O customizations and integrations.
* Hands-on experience with Data Entities, DMF, and structured reporting in Dynamics 365 F&O.
* Experience supporting finance and procurement approval logic, compliance requirements, and audit-ready ERP processes.
* Experience working closely with finance, procurement, and operational stakeholders to translate policies into system logic.
