About the OpportunityParkside Veterinary Group is a well established, multi branch mixed practice serving Dundee, Tayside, Angus and Fife. We're searching for an inspiring, MRCVS registered, Equine & Farm Clinical Director to guide and develop our equine and farm animal team. This is a rare opportunity to combine hands on clinical work with strategic leadership, supported by an experienced practice structure yet with the empowerment to shape the service in a way that reflects your vision.

You will- Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 Equine & Farm vets
- Drive business development and uphold service quality within the Equine and Farm department
- Foster a positive, forward thinking culture where people can thrive
- Work closely with the three Small Animal Clinical Directors and the Practice Manager for wider practice leadership
- Enjoy the autonomy to innovate, expand and enhance the services we provide
