The EPR Programme Benefits Lead will support the Trust-wide Electronic Patient Record (EPR) procurement and Digital First Programme.

Responsibilities include leading benefits management activities, developing and maintaining benefits realisation plans, analysing data to produce reports, and working with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure benefits are achieved.

The role involves stakeholder engagement, supporting process changes, and providing expert advice to deliver measurable improvements in patient care and service efficiency.
