Electrician - Employed/Subcontractor

Looking for the right candidate to come in as a full time employee on a permanent basis (sub contractor could be possible, if specifically requested by applicant) to replace an engineer who is leaving to set up on their own (with our support).

Applicant must live in UK, within 30 minutes drive of Southampton

The focus at Premlex is to keep employees happy, providing a stress free family environment where we meet 2-3 times a year for socials including xmas days out (all paid for by company).

We don't micro manage, we love our team to be independent, we let you run the job. All we ask is that you always turn up within time slot, ring ahead/liaise with office if delays, customers are not to be let down.

Majority of our work is local as Premlex Electrical mainly cover an area from New Forest across to Portsmouth and up to Winchester/Alton.

We are looking for an Electrician to join our team for a permanent position and must be able to work solo. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of qualified electrical experience, 7 years including apprenticeship

Driving license required - minimum 3 years driving

BS7671 Minimum qualification & apprenticeship/NVQ certification essential. 2391 required

Current work is a mix of 30% domestic, 60% commercial, 10% solar PV/Electric vehicle charging/fire/emergency lighting/DATA

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
