Epic Application Analyst I - Professional Billings (IRE)

The Managed Services Epic Application Analyst I provides Nordic clients with EHR design, build, testing, and troubleshooting services, developing technical and soft skills while performing the majority of day to day work under the guidance of senior Application Analysts.
ResponsibilitiesTechnical
- Perform troubleshooting and problem solving within the application to ensure integrity, integration, and stability of EHR applications for Nordic's clients.
- Fulfill system requests by analyzing issues, translating needs into detailed requirement specifications, and building and testing systems while escalating challenges as needed.
- Monitor system error queues, troubleshoot errors, and take corrective actions.
- Participate in system upgrades and testing under senior direction.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on system configurations and builds.
Project and Issue Management
- Maintain up to date documentation in ticketing systems, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Follow change control policies for migrating application builds and configurations.
- Assist on ad hoc projects and internal initiatives as directed.
- Track client specific emails and calendars, managing open issues in the ticketing system.
Teamwork and Customer Service
- Deliver outstanding customer service to client IT and operations staff, end users, operations managers, IT analysts, and IT managers.
- Contribute to a supportive team culture focused on overall goals.
- Assist in onboarding new team members, orienting them to client configurations and processes.
Growth and Mentorship
- Understand moderately complex system setups and communicate them clearly to internal staff and client counterparts.
- Take on new responsibilities and challenges to grow and develop skills.
- Post secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Certification in one or more EHR application modules preferred.
- Demonstrate Nordic's maxims.
- Strong problem solving, written and verbal communication, and organization skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Prior experience with ticketing systems and change management processes.
- Strong customer service track record.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, project management experience, and participation in system implementations preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting healthcare or EHR software.
Salary Range: 34,200 - 64,200 EUR per annum.
