Entrepreneurial Luxury Estate Manager

Greycoat Lumleys is seeking a commercially driven couple to launch and grow a luxury 13-bedroom venue in the New Forest. You will own day-to-day operations, drive bookings, and uncover new revenue streams from events and partnerships. The role combines marketing, operations, and finance with full ownership of outcomes.

You will work closely with the owner, oversee guest experience, maintain aesthetics, and implement scalable processes for profitability and growth.
