We have a fantastic position for a positive and dedicated team player to join a long-standing, well-trusted team. This is the perfect role for a proactive, flexible, and adaptable candidate who ideally has both private and office-based experience.
Working closely with and for the Executive Coordinator, this is a varied role where no two days are the same. From coordinating diaries, travel and events to organising repairs, running errands and responding to last-minute requests, you will be someone who enjoys solving problems, stays organised and takes pride in making life easier for others. This is a new role within the company and allows for personal touches to be made. Identifying smarter, more efficient ways of working is always appreciated and taken on board.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating tasks and following up actions for both business and personal
- Maintaining accurate task lists and records
- Providing administrative support
- Running local business and personal errands,
- Supporting family and business events
- Collecting and delivering important items to the office and additional properties
- Organising repairs, arranging maintenance, and servicing schedules
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and external contacts
- Managing appointments and diary commitments where required
- Coordinating travel and logistics
- Researching, sourcing, and purchasing items
- Responding confidently to changing priorities and ad hoc requests
They are looking for someone who is highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly. You will be practical, resourceful, and happy to turn your hand to a wide variety of tasks, supporting both business and personal matters with equal professionalism. You will exercise sound judgement, maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality, and build trusted relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and external contacts. Above all, you will take pride in delivering exceptional support, approaching every task with a positive, solutions-focused attitude and a genuine willingness to help.
Start date: Willing to wait for the right candidate
Location: Full-time, office-based role.
Working week: Monday - Friday (With flexibility if needed)
Working hours: 9am - 5pm (With flexibility if needed)
Driving: Essential, must have your own car
Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate, alongside fantastic company benefits
