Salary:52,000 -67,000 gross per year + other benefits

• Proactively engage prospects through outbound outreach and structured follow-ups
• Qualify leads through consultative conversations to understand customer needs, challenges and business objectives
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
• Build and nurture relationships with enterprise decision-makers, including C-suite executives, senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Communicate value propositions and business insights clearly and confidently, tailoring conversations to executive audiences
• Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs and performance targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline stages and forecasts in Salesforce
• Collaborate with internal teams to support positive customer outcomes
• Stay up to date with product developments and competitive positioning
• Apply feedback to continuously improve sales performance and contribute to team success

• Fluent in German
• Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, technology sales or SaaS sales
• Strong sales track record and a results-driven approach to achieving and exceeding targets
• Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders
• Strong understanding of sales technology, sales tools and CRM systems
• Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
• Proactive, motivated and open to feedback and continuous development
