Position: Enterprise Inside Sales Representative - German Speaker

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Model: On-site

Employment type: Full-time

Salary:52,000 -67,000 gross per year + other benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively engage prospects through outbound outreach and structured follow-ups
Qualify leads through consultative conversations to understand customer needs, challenges and business objectives
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
Build and nurture relationships with enterprise decision-makers, including C-suite executives, senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
Communicate value propositions and business insights clearly and confidently, tailoring conversations to executive audiences
Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs and performance targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline stages and forecasts in Salesforce
Collaborate with internal teams to support positive customer outcomes
Stay up to date with product developments and competitive positioning
Apply feedback to continuously improve sales performance and contribute to team success

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in German
Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, technology sales or SaaS sales
Strong sales track record and a results-driven approach to achieving and exceeding targets
Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills
Ability to engage senior decision-makers and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders
Strong understanding of sales technology, sales tools and CRM systems
Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
Proactive, motivated and open to feedback and continuous development
