Job Title: Experienced English Teacher

Location: Redcar

Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Temporary

Salary: £170 - £250 Per Day (Based on Qualifications and Experience)

Job Duties:

1. Design and deliver dynamic and engaging English lessons to students
2. Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback
3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment to encourage student participation
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative curriculum and teaching materials
5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance, ensuring confidentiality

Required Qualifications:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Relevant degree in English or related field
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanour
4. Strong classroom management abilities, maintaining a calm and respectful atmosphere

Education:

1. Degree in English or related field

Experience:

1. Prior experience teaching English to students, with a proven track record of success

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Thorough understanding of English language and literature, including grammar and syntax
2. Ability to tailor lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners, using a variety of teaching strategies
3. Proficiency in educational technology and resources, providing modern and interactive learning experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Postgraduate qualification in Education
2. Experience working with students with special educational needs, implementing individualised education plans

Working Conditions:

The Experienced English Teacher role is based in Redcar, with full-time hours for a long-term temporary position. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality English lessons and create a stimulating and supportive learning environment for students.
