Take ownership of your resources, stocks and people to make sure buses are presented and maintained to our high standards. Enjoy the variety of a role which spans inventory, recruiting, training, health & safety and so much more. Develop your own skills and talent with training and support provided in whichever areas you want to focus on. Progress even further with guidance from our experienced Engineering Director to take your career onto the next step.We'll need you to Have experience in a similar role in the bus or similar industry. You don't need to be an Engineering Manager already, but it won't put us off if you are. Be able to show evidence of how you've managed teams before, irrespective of their size.
