Engineering Manager

We are currently partnering with a leading global medical device manufacturer to support the hire of a Manufacturing Process Engineer for their high performing site in the West of Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established, highly automated facility with a strong focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and hands on engineering support. This position sits directly on the production floor, working closely with operations and maintenance teams to support day to day manufacturing while driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing hands on technical support to manufacturing lines.
• Driving process optimisation and efficiency improvements.
• Supporting equipment troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
• Leading or contributing to validation and NPI projects.
• Collaborating cross functionally with Quality, R&D, and Engineering teams.

Key Requirements

• Degree qualified in Engineering or related discipline (Level 7+).
• Strong hands on manufacturing experience (ideally medical device or regulated environment).
• Background in process support, maintenance, or continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working on the floor and solving real time issues.
• Strong communicator with a proactive mindset.
