Job Description

Thales is seeking an Engineering Director for Underwater Systems UK to lead a 200+ engineer function and drive an ambitious engineering strategy across UK operations. You will own the engineering transformation, improve KPIs, governance and delivery across bids, design, development, integration and acceptance.

Reporting to the UWS Operations Director, you will partner with UK COO, UK CTO, and regional centers to ensure high-performance capability, financial discipline and portfolio outcomes
