Engineering Director, Underwater Systems UK

Thales is seeking an Engineering Director for Underwater Systems UK to lead a 200+ engineer function and drive an ambitious engineering strategy across UK operations. You will own the engineering transformation, improve KPIs, governance and delivery across bids, design, development, integration and acceptance.
