Engineering Administrator - Full-Time, 40 hours/week

Join a purpose-driven team making a real difference in food and biodiversity! We are seeking a motivated Engineering Administrator to support our Engineering & Maintenance department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and coordinate the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system.
• Manage spares inventory, suppliers, budgets, and contracts.
• Assist with project management, facilities work orders, and purchase orders.
• Support data management, analysis, and improvement initiatives.
• Help improve communication between Engineers, Shift Managers, and wider teams.
• Generate or update SOPs, procedures, and manage contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety, H&S, Quality, and COSHH standards.

Skills & Experience:

• Degree or relevant experience in food manufacturing (preferred).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel and Word; basic SAP knowledge.
• Ability to liaise effectively with contractors and stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
