Store Assistant

What you'll do

• We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store.
• Stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
• You'll be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, while also handling deliveries, unpacking stock, keeping the store clean, and preparing orders.
• No retail experience is required; we'll teach you everything else.
• Be prepared to roll up your sleeves for warehouse tasks, stocking shelves, and working in varying temperatures.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ask the right questions, and be proactive in selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.
