Empowering Learning Support Assistant

Cornwall Council is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1, small group and classroom support for learners with additional educational, behavioural, social or emotional needs. Working under the Lead Tutor and SENDCo, the LSA promotes learner independence and achievement within an inclusive learning environment.

The role requires GCSEs in Maths and English, empathy, strong communication, and the ability to build rapport with learners.
