Job Description
The Beeches UK, part of Silver Birch Care Holdings, is seeking an experienced Children's Residential Team Leader to support young people in a stable, nurturing home. This full-time role (40 hours) includes sleep-ins and weekends, with a salary of £31,907 per year.
You will lead a team to help residents build independence and essential life skills. A Level 3 qualification or working towards it, and experience in care settings are preferred; driving licence is advantageous.
