Pure Insight is seeking an Employment Coach to help care-experienced young people gain paid employment, working 50/50 between Salford and Stockport. You will profile, match, engage employers, arrange training, monitor progress and address barriers with strong relationship-building skills.
This outreach-based role requires travel around Salford and Stockport and offers a friendly, supportive environment with flexible working options and development opportunities.
