A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Emerging Talent Advisor in Dunfermline. This onsite role focuses on supporting recruitment, onboarding, and development of apprentices, graduates, and undergraduates. Key responsibilities include managing apprentice performance, coordinating onboarding processes, and liaising with various teams to enhance participant experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HR processes and excellent organisational skills. Competitive hourly rate of around £20, 4 days onsite per week.
