Job Description
Live Nation, Inc. is seeking a Senior Real Time Delivery Manager - EMEA to lead intraday performance across a global multi-channel contact centre. You will balance demand with capacity, govern BPO partners, and ensure fan experience remains within forecast while controlling costs.
