EMEA HR Strategy Director and Regional Partner Leader

Qualcomm is seeking an experienced EMEA HRBP leader to deliver regional strategy and execution across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will partner with regional leaders and COEs to drive people programs, succession plans, and organizational effectiveness, while aligning with global policies.

You will coach leaders, manage cross-country initiatives, and communicate with senior regional management to ensure buy-in and successful delivery across diverse markets.
