Elite New Build Sales Negotiator

Team Resourcing Limited in Bedford is seeking a seasoned New Build Sales professional to join a development team and drive sales through show homes and estate channels. You will manage customer enquiries, qualify buyers, secure reservations, and work with legal teams to move deals to completion.

The role requires a minimum of three years UK New Build experience, a valid driving licence with your own car, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Basic salary up to 38K plus commission.
