Electrical Supervisor - Lead, Housing Repairs & Compliance

Southern Housing is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of electricians delivering repairs and compliance across our homes in the Croydon area. You will oversee workloads, safety, and regulatory adherence while promoting a responsive, customer-focused service.

The role requires NICEIC-qualified supervision experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to support residents and colleagues across Direct Services.
