Contracts Manager - Social Housing Repairs & Voids

Novus Property Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead a team delivering responsive repairs and void works across a social housing portfolio. The role is based at the Yeovil office with regional coverage, predominantly Monday to Friday, 39 hours.

You will oversee site managers, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining health, safety, and client satisfaction. A strong client-facing approach and driving value for communities are essential.
