About Us

The Wiggett Group is a trusted and fast-growing property services contractor, delivering Electrical, Fire & Security, Roofing, Scaffolding and Property Services across the social housing and commercial sectors. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a hands on Electrical Supervisor to support our growing field teams.

The Role

This is a field-based position, Monday to Friday, focused on quality, compliance, and strong communication. You'll spend the majority of your week out on sites carrying out post-inspections, meeting with subcontractors and PAYE electricians, and ensuring high standards are met across all live works.

You'll be the face of the electrical division on site-supporting engineers, resolving issues, strengthening relationships, and maintaining a strong Wiggett presence across our contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out post-inspections on completed electrical works to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Conduct site visits to check progress, workmanship, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors and PAYE electricians, offering support and guidance where needed.
  • Act as a point of escalation for technical queries while on site.
  • Work closely with the QS and Contracts Management teams to flag issues, remedials, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure all documentation, certifications, and reports are completed accurately and on time.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and always uphold company values.
What We're Looking For
  • Experienced Electrician or Electrical Supervisor with strong knowledge of EICR, remedials and social housing works.
  • Ability to spot defects, provide corrective guidance and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with engineers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Great relationship-building skills - approachable, supportive, and solution-focused.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across designated patch.
What We Offer
  • £45,000 - £50,000
  • Company vehicle + fuel card
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Opportunity to influence quality standards and grow within the division
  • Supportive, forward-thinking team environment
