As we continue to expand, we're looking for a hands on Electrical Supervisor to support our growing field teams.
The RoleThis is a field-based position, Monday to Friday, focused on quality, compliance, and strong communication. You'll spend the majority of your week out on sites carrying out post-inspections, meeting with subcontractors and PAYE electricians, and ensuring high standards are met across all live works.
You'll be the face of the electrical division on site-supporting engineers, resolving issues, strengthening relationships, and maintaining a strong Wiggett presence across our contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out post-inspections on completed electrical works to ensure compliance and quality.
- Conduct site visits to check progress, workmanship, and adherence to safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and PAYE electricians, offering support and guidance where needed.
- Act as a point of escalation for technical queries while on site.
- Work closely with the QS and Contracts Management teams to flag issues, remedials, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all documentation, certifications, and reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Promote a positive safety culture and always uphold company values.
- Experienced Electrician or Electrical Supervisor with strong knowledge of EICR, remedials and social housing works.
- Ability to spot defects, provide corrective guidance and maintain high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with engineers, clients, and internal teams.
- Great relationship-building skills - approachable, supportive, and solution-focused.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across designated patch.
