Electrical Site Manager

We are hiring an Electrical Site Manager to be based in Limerick with a Tier 1 M&E Contractor. You will work onsite to deliver electrical works from mobilisation to handover, ensuring safe, high-quality execution in line with programme and budget.

Responsibilities- Lead all onsite electrical activities end-to-end.
- Manage subcontractors and drive site productivity.
- Track progress against programme and short-term plans.
- Enforce HSEQ standards and site safety culture.
- Review drawings, RAMS, and ensure buildability.
- Coordinate with clients, design teams, and other trades.
- Oversee materials, plant, and site logistics.
- Electrical trade background with 5+ years' site management experience.
- Pharma project experience preferred.
- Strong site coordination and subcontractor management experience.
- Solid understanding of HSEQ and construction practices.
- Good commercial awareness and reporting skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- IOSH / NEBOSH advantageous.
- Salary: €70k - €80k DOE
- Annual bonus.
