Electrical panel workshop manager

We are looking for a Head Electric Panel (M/F). Your future responsibilities include executing and controlling work, leading, coaching, and motivating the team, and developing teams to meet objectives. You will ensure the technical side between project managers, manage control and delivery, assemble and wire electric panels or cabinets for metering and distribution, assemble and wire TGBT cabinets and photovoltaic distribution, and control cabinets (controls, TGBT) before delivery, ensuring they meet standards and signed offers.Your profile: You hold a CFC as a panel assembler or a CFC as an electrical installation technician or an equivalent qualification. You also have a certificate as a head in electrical panel construction or a diploma in electrical panels and have already led a team and enjoy teamwork. You have a sense of responsibility and good judgment. You are a versatile person with a strong ability to solve technical problems.
