Role: EHS Manager

Location: Clondalkin

Job Type: Permanent - Full time

Your new role includes:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures
• Conducting regular safety audits and inspections of the workplace
• Identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective measures
• Conducting training sessions and workshops to promote safety awareness
• Investigating incidents and accidents to determine causes and preventive measures
• Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
• Collaborating with management and employees to foster a culture of safety

Experience you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Certification in health and safety (e.g. NEBOSH, OSHA) is preferred
• Ideally 5 - 7 years of experience within the Irish market
• Full clean Irish driving licence
• Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
