Job Description
Role: EHS Manager
Location: Clondalkin
Job Type: Permanent - Full time
Your new role includes:- Developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures
- Conducting regular safety audits and inspections of the workplace
- Identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective measures
- Conducting training sessions and workshops to promote safety awareness
- Investigating incidents and accidents to determine causes and preventive measures
- Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with management and employees to foster a culture of safety
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certification in health and safety (e.g. NEBOSH, OSHA) is preferred
- Ideally 5 - 7 years of experience within the Irish market
- Full clean Irish driving licence
- Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
