About the job

As an Early Years Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with nurseries and early years providers
• Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates
• Driving sales activity to grow your desk and hit revenue targets
• Managing the full recruitment cycle with professionalism and pace
• Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates

About you

What We're Looking For

• A passion for education and making a difference
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales experience would be great or a commercial mindset with a drive to succeed
• Experience of working within Early Years would be advantageous
• Resilience, adaptability, and a team-first attitude
• Previous recruitment experience is a bonus, but not essential
