About the job
As an Early Years Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with nurseries and early years providers
- Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates
- Driving sales activity to grow your desk and hit revenue targets
- Managing the full recruitment cycle with professionalism and pace
- Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
About you
What We're Looking For
- A passion for education and making a difference
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales experience would be great or a commercial mindset with a drive to succeed
- Experience of working within Early Years would be advantageous
- Resilience, adaptability, and a team-first attitude
- Previous recruitment experience is a bonus, but not essential
