Position

Early Years Practitioner (Nursery) - Term time, permanent - Pyrcroft Grange Primary and Nursery School, Bourne Education Trust, Chertsey, Surrey

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team under the direction of the responsible Nursery Teacher, supporting teaching provision and implementing learning for pupils
• Facilitate the learning of individual pupils and groups, setting high expectations and promoting positive attitudes to learning
• Prepare, plan and deliver specific intervention programmes, adjusting activities according to pupil response and needs

Requirements

• Demonstrated awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
• NVQ level 3 in early years and education or equivalent (e.g. NNEB)
• GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent appropriate qualification)
