T Level Education Lecturer in Early Years/Childcare

• Location: East Sussex
• Hourly Rate: 30-40p/h
• Job Type: Temporary (2 weeks)

We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer to deliver T Level Education in our Early Years/Childcare department at East Sussex College. This temporary role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator who is passionate about childcare and early years education.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and informative sessions to students in the Early Years/Childcare department.
• Prepare educational materials and lesson plans for each class.
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback to enhance their learning experience.
• Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
• Adhere to college policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience in early years education or childcare.
• Strong understanding of the curriculum and standards for T Level Education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Commitment to professional development and educational excellence.

Working Hours:

• Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Start Date: Week commencing 21st September
• Duration: 2 weeks only
