Early Years Teaching Assistant at Academics

We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Early Years Teaching Assistant at Academics. This role involves working as part of a dedicated team to provide high-quality, integrated care and education in a Children's Centre, part of a larger Primary School.

Qualifications Required:

A Level 2 CACHE qualification is essential.
A Level 3 CACHE qualification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities include:

Collaborating with other room leaders to create engaging learning opportunities.
Planning and preparing activities based on observations and children's interests.
Supporting children's development, fostering independence, and implementing care routines.
Observing and recording children's progress while contributing to tailored educational programs.
