Compensation: £14,404 - £15,873 / year

As an Early Years Educator you'll be the heartbeat of your playroom - nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child in your care. In our fast paced, ever evolving environment, you'll bring the N Curriculum to life through play, learning, and meaningful connections. It's a chance to shape young minds while developing your own career through industry leading training, coaching, and resources.

What you'll be doing
  • Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
  • Support smooth daily routines - from mealtimes to naptimes
  • Create and implement development-focused activity plans
  • Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
  • Ensure your classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
  • Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
  • Be a positive role model - collaborate, motivate, and share your ideas
Our Early Years Educators should have
  • Experience working with children in an early years environment
  • Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
  • Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a willingness to train
  • Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
  • A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
  • A team player with a can do attitude and positive mindset
  • Confident communicator with a love for customer service

The hours for this role are 11am 3pm, Monday to Friday.
