We're working with a specialist SLD/PMLD school (Secondary) in Lambeth that is urgently looking for confident, resilient Teaching Assistants to join their team.

If you have experience working with students with learning difficulties and complex needs and want to make a genuine impact, this is a fantastic opportunity where no two days are the same.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Encourage independence, confidence and social interaction
• Help create a calm, positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Working closely with teaching and pastoral teams

What we need from you:

• Experience with SEND, SEMH, youth work, or similar
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A calm, resilient, and proactive approach
• Available from September
