Early Hours Retail Store Manager - Lead a Customer Focused Team

Company Shop Group is seeking a Shop Manager for the Staff Shop (Ocado Tamworth). You will oversee all daily operations, lead the team to meet store standards and KPIs, and provide an outstanding member experience in a busy retail setting.

Location is Tamworth area with 32 hours per week on a rota (3am-11:30am). Salary £22,763 per annum. This role emphasizes service, teamwork and continuous improvement within our values-driven business.
