Job Description

Infosys is looking for a Service Assurance Solution Designer/Architect who should be able to interact effectively with customers, business stakeholders and product owners to understand solutions and challenges in the complete Telecom Service Assurance area and effectively discuss possible solutions. The role will define the high and low level solution architecture and its impacts on various capabilities covering the complete OSS.

Required
  • 12+ years of experience in working with Telecom clients in the role of e2e solution design
  • Experienced in the areas of OSS architecture, design and implementation for Telecom customers, enabling effective capturing of requirements within Service Assurance
  • Understanding of telecom OSS with experience in standard design tools, design patterns, UML, BPMN, SOA, etc.
  • Experience in designing on Service Fulfilment, Assurance, Inventory, Activation, Middleware, Interfaces (one or many) in telecom projects and roll outs
  • Knowledge of Telecom industry standards, regulations, and best practices such as eTOM, TNA, SID, ITIL, IEEE, etc.
  • Understanding of the overall OSS/BSS landscape with the entire application stack
  • Knowledge of web APIs, SOAP, REST architecture
  • Lead qualities and experience in leading a team of consultants/designers to achieve project/program goals
  • Experience in defining process, business, and system requirements in Telecom service assurance areas
  • Ability to prepare, analyze, and review proposals from internal teams, providing appropriate solutions to problems, and making day to day decisions to run client projects
  • Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders such as business, SI partners, and system owners to understand, capture, finalize and sign off requirements
  • Participate in discussions with customer stakeholders to define and document problems and requirements
  • Ability to groom team members
  • Strong communication and client interfacing skills; cross cultural working experience and ability to work independently with multinational clients
