We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant (m/w/d) to join our team in Switzerland. • Managing and updating product listings on our e-commerce platforms.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and customer behavior.
• Assisting in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns.
• Ensuring accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment.
• Providing excellent customer support and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the online shopping experience.
• Staying up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices.

Qualifications We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
