We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant (m/w/d) to join our team in Switzerland. - Managing and updating product listings on our e-commerce platforms.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and customer behavior.
- Assisting in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns.
- Ensuring accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Providing excellent customer support and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the online shopping experience.
- Staying up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
