Dynamic Learning Support Assistant for SEND (Secondary, FT)

Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a secondary school in Nailsea for a full-time role starting 1 September 2026. The successful candidate will support pupils across Key Stage 3 and 4, with a solid understanding of SEND needs.

You will work closely with teachers to implement adaptive teaching, provide classroom support, supervise during breaks, and maintain accurate records in line with school procedures.
