Role and Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include operating machinery, handling materials, and maintaining quality standards.
• Working within the Drill Shop department, you will be trained to operate specialist manufacturing equipment used in the production process.
• You will support production activities, carry out quality checks and ensure products are manufactured to the required standards.

• Operate specialist drilling machinery following full training
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Monitor machinery and production processes
• Carry out quality inspections on finished products

• Ensure products meet quality and customer specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
• Follow all health and safety procedures
• Support other production departments when required
