Job Description
Cleaning Supervisor - Royal Stoke Hospital 
Make a difference every day as a Cleaning Supervisor at Royal Stoke Hospital. Your leadership will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that directly impacts patient, staff, and visitor well being.
Job Details- Hours: 37.5 hours / Any 5 days out of 7
- Shift Times: 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00
- Pay: £14.64 per hour
- Uniform Provided / Access to Blue Light Card / Sodexo Benefits
- Holiday: 20 days per year plus Bank Holidays
- Location: Royal Stoke Hospital
- Lead and motivate a dedicated cleaning team, coordinating daily tasks and activities.
- Plan and oversee cleaning operations to maintain a sterile and safe environment, including desks, walls, ceilings, vents, blinds, and other surfaces.
- Ensure patient rooms, communal areas, restrooms, and hospital wards are kept to the highest hygiene standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees across the facility.
- Adhere to all company, client, and legal health & safety procedures, including COSHH, hygiene, cleanliness, and fire safety.
- Support onboarding, training, and development of cleaning staff to build a high performing team.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, ideally within cleaning or facilities management.
- Physical ability to carry out manual aspects of the role.
- A strong commitment to health, safety, and hygiene.
- Professional integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude.
