Divisional Director - Operations

Tribuild is seeking an experienced Divisional Director - Operations to take a senior leadership position within the business.

This is a strategic operational role with responsibility for driving project performance across a portfolio of projects while developing teams, maintaining client relationships and ensuring consistently high standards of delivery.

You'll provide leadership to project teams and senior operational staff while maintaining oversight of programme, quality, health & safety, resourcing and client satisfaction.

We're looking for a proven construction leader with experience managing multiple projects and senior teams within a main contracting, refurbishment or fit-out environment.
