Barchester Healthcare's Central Division invites an experienced Divisional Activities Lead to support activity coordinator staff across homes and drive a whole-home life enrichment approach, ensuring compliance with the Life Enrichment Framework to drive outstanding regulatory results.

You will travel across the country, conduct visits to homes, develop action plans for underperforming sites, and lead quarterly meetings with Activity Coordinators to share ideas and best practices.
