Job Description
Qualifications & Responsibilities 
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification of good health signed by a licensed physician.
- Supervise the operation of all district wide HVAC/R systems.
- 3-5 years of HVAC journeyman level required.
- EPA Section 608 certification preferred.
- Ensure all mechanical systems comply with state building codes, EPA regulations, and ASHRAE standards.
- Serve as primary contact for after-hours emergencies.
