Job Description
Qualifications & Responsibilities
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification of good health signed by a licensed physician.
  • Supervise the operation of all district wide HVAC/R systems.
  • 3-5 years of HVAC journeyman level required.
  • EPA Section 608 certification preferred.
  • Ensure all mechanical systems comply with state building codes, EPA regulations, and ASHRAE standards.
  • Serve as primary contact for after-hours emergencies.
